Invista considers investments across all asset classes, with a particular focus on residential, multifamily properties and land. Additionally, our interests extend to diverse asset classes like student housing, retail, hospitality, and other mixed-use assets.

Our investment horizon spans across the Czech Republic, with a main focus on the capital city of Prague. We expect to expand outside the capital, as secondary cities of the Czech Republic continue to grow and develop.
